Mondo puts the music business on Wythe Avenue
Four days of panels and showcases arrive Tuesday. Pick the part you actually want before the schedule picks your entire week.
Mondo.NYC begins Tuesday, Oct. 13, and runs through Friday, Oct. 16, with its conference headquarters at Arlo Williamsburg, 96 Wythe Ave. The annual music, technology and media business gathering combines daytime panels and networking with artist showcases at independent venues around the city.

The official conference page lists dozens of panels and chats, plus artist showcases presented live and online. That makes Mondo more than one event in one room. The Arlo is the daytime center, while evening performances may take place elsewhere. Save the address attached to each session or show rather than treating the hotel as the answer to every navigation question.
Start with the schedule, not the badge description. Choose one subject that earns your daytime attention, then one showcase that makes sense after it. Music supervision, songwriting, technology, rights and live music all appear in the program. A focus will help the week feel like a plan instead of a very expensive scroll.
Badge access comes with limits. The organizer says conference credentials include general programming and artist showcases, but showcases remain subject to venue capacity and restrictions. Some participating venues also sell individual tickets to specific shows. An event appearing in the program is not a guarantee of entry once a room is full.
Nighttime rules vary by venue. Mondo’s FAQ says the conference is open to all ages, while artist showcases follow the age restrictions and door policies of their specific locations. Read the individual event page before buying and again before leaving home. The practical details are part of the booking, not fine print for later.
The image above shows Arlo Williamsburg in April 2025, before the conference. The building’s brick facade, stacked balconies and rooftop water tower make the headquarters easy to recognize from Wythe Avenue. It is venue context, not a photograph of this year’s sessions.
Prices vary by badge and access level, and the official ticket page displays the current total with service fees. The event FAQ says day of tickets may cost more and some limited sessions may be unavailable to late buyers. Compare the exact program you want with the ticket you are considering before paying.
Select showcase programming will also be available online, according to Mondo, while the conference itself is presented in person. The organizer says its online showcases are free to the public, with links and timing published through its site and YouTube channel. Confirm the stream listing before planning around a particular artist.
Williamsburg does not need another reason to discuss music, but it does enjoy having one. Take the useful version of Mondo: one conversation that sharpens your work, one new artist worth remembering and enough room between them to get across the neighborhood without pretending every door will wait.
