Things to do this weekend in Williamsburg
Sept. 25 to 27, 2026: Saturday update. Smorgasburg is canceled this weekend; check the indoor art, museum and fashion options before heading out.
Updated Sept. 26: Smorgasburg has canceled its Williamsburg and Prospect Park markets for Sept. 26 and 27 because of inclement weather. The Saturday lunch plan in our earlier guide is no longer available. The cancellation is marked below so readers following the original recommendation see the change.

This is an archived weekend guide. See the latest weekend plans.
For the rest of the weekend, choose an indoor stop and confirm directly before traveling. Williamsburg Biannual still lists its Saturday reception, and the museum and fashion options below retain their published visitor information. A posted schedule does not guarantee that weather will not prompt another change.
Friday’s Brooklyn Bowl show is now a past event. We have retained it as part of this dated edition and marked it accordingly. The waterfront option is conditional on weather and park access; it should not be the fixed point of this weekend’s plan.
1. Past event: Friday at Brooklyn Bowl

This Sept. 25 show was included in the Friday edition and is no longer an upcoming weekend option. See the venue calendar for later performances.

Past event: Sept. 25, 2026. Brooklyn Bowl, 61 Wythe Ave.
Official show listing and tickets2. Canceled this weekend: Smorgasburg

The organizer now says its Williamsburg and Prospect Park markets are closed Sept. 26 and 27 because of inclement weather. Do not travel to the Williamsburg park expecting the food market. This replaces the recurring Saturday schedule cited in the earlier version of this guide.
Address: 90 Kent Avenue, Brooklyn, NY

Canceled Sept. 26 and 27. Williamsburg location: Marsha P. Johnson State Park, 90 Kent Ave. Check the organizer for the next market.
Official cancellation notice3. Saturday after six: Williamsburg Biannual

Lisa Corinne Davis's What's Going On? is announced to open Sept. 26. The reception is the useful part of the calendar for anyone who wants a definite meeting time without building the evening around dinner. Ask the friend who always says we should do more art things. Here is the date.
Address: 20 South 4th Street, Brooklyn, NY
Website: Official website
Saturday, Sept. 26. Preview 5 to 6 p.m.; reception 6 to 8 p.m. Public entrance: 20 South 4th St. Regular visits are by appointment.
Opening details and visit requests4. The fashion detour: Hermès Williamsburg

The house confirms its store opened Sept. 19, making this its first full Friday through Sunday after opening weekend. Treat it as a design stop as much as a shopping possibility: The brand describes two floors and masonry that responds to the neighborhood. Looking is a perfectly respectable plan.
Address: 130 Berry Street, Brooklyn, NY
Website: Official website
Confirmed opening. The official store directory lists 130 Berry St., Brooklyn. Call 718 750 0510 for current weekend hours before making a special trip.
Official store address and contact5. The compact culture stop: The City Reliquary

A museum does not have to take over the day. The City Reliquary's Metropolitan Avenue address makes it an indoor option for a weekend that otherwise leans heavily on being outside. Keep this in reserve for the friend who wants a little culture but is not volunteering for a trip across town.
Address: 370 Metropolitan Avenue, Brooklyn, NY
Website: Official website
370 Metropolitan Ave. Listed hours: Thursday through Sunday, noon to 6 p.m. Confirm admission with the museum before visiting.
Plan a museum visit6. Weather dependent: Domino Park

Keep the waterfront optional this weekend. The park publishes regular hours, but the nearby market cancellations are a reason to confirm conditions before setting out. The conflicting Sunday Greenmarket listings noted in our earlier guide remain unresolved; we are not treating that market as confirmed.
Address: 15 River Street, Brooklyn, NY
Website: Official website
Friday through Sunday park option. 15 River St. Posted park hours: 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Greenmarket status requires direct confirmation.
